Web Conversion Strategist
**Introduction** We are looking for a results-oriented Web Conversion Strategist to help improve the performance of our thought leadership platform, [1] ibm.com/think. In this role, you will analyze user behavior, run A/B and multivariate tests, optimize key pages, and translate data into actionable insights that drive meaningful engagement and conversion. As a key individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with teams in demand strategy, product marketing, and content to ensure web experiences align with business priorities and user intent. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in web analytics, UX design, and digital marketing, with a passion for continuous testing and optimization across the customer journey. References Visible links 1. https://ibm.com/think **Your role and responsibilities** * Website Optimization: Create and manage components in Adobe Experience Manager to promote products and surface content across inbound channels. * Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user behavior using GA4 and Adobe Analytics to identify optimization opportunities and guide performance-based decisions. * A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests in partnership with Testing & Personalization team; maintain a testing backlog focused on content, messaging, and layout improvements. * UX/UI Collaboration: Partner with designers to ensure user-friendly, high-converting web experiences. * Reporting: Clearly communicate test results, trends, and optimization recommendations. * Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with demand, product marketing, and content teams to drive conversion and enhance digital strategy. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong data skills with experience driving website optimizations. * Experience with A/B testing and Adobe Target; able to prioritize for impact. * Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable. * Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams. * Clear, confident communicator with senior stakeholders. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with Google Analytics 4 , Adobe Analytics, and/or Adobe Experience Manager IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
