The Web Content Publisher is part of the Digital Commerce Team supporting content activation through our content management platforms that include primarily Open Text Team Site. This position is responsible for executing customer facing content while adhering to strict brand standards and digital design guidelines. This role will not only flawlessly execute work that is ready, but they also will work together with cross functional teams to solution where needed and strive to continually modernize the site and optimize efficiency.
The Web Content Publisher will collaborate as necessary with other members of the Digital team, maintaining a consistent and streamlined activation workflow from concept to production. This is a large team where roles can shift based on needs and priorities, which presents an opportunity for highly organized team members with web experience to quickly expand their skill set and also cross train. The team has an Agile mindset and is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and passionate. We are seeking someone with creativity, digital-DNA and ambition.This position is responsible for staging and publishing content to the public facing .com site for Citizens. This serves as the destination for all organic traffic, promotional campaigns and access to online banking. Citizensbank.com homepage gets ~8M visits per month.The Web Content Publishing Team plays an integral and collaborative role with Web Strategy, SEO and Marketing partners to deliver the best experience for visitors to the site, and if applicable, optimized conversion.Citizensbank.com is the storefront for all the Bank’s products and services, so there is tremendous opportunity to make a valuable and visible contribution to the organization.Required Experience and Qualifications:
Experience working with Opentext Teamsite or similar CMS. Experience working as a web content publisher, analyzing, modifying, managing and publishing diverse Web Content files.Understanding and expertise of the principles of a healthy website to help evolve and modernize the citizensbank.com site experience.Ability to follow and help to evolve best practices to effectively govern the .com site experience. Demonstrated leadership potential. Proven expertise in digital marketing or website content management rolesStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsCreative, analytical and with a strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindsetAbility to take initiative and work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity working in Jira as well as Digital Asset LibraryQualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
