Responsible for responding to all consumers inquiries for information and service through Sentara's web and interactive call center for consumers. Produces and maintains tracking and monitoring reports and maintains consumer databases.
EducationHS - High School Grad or EquivalentCertification/LicensureNo specific certification or licensure requirementsExperience3 years call center experience required.We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$17.31 - $28.85. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
