Job Title: Web & App Content Coordinator (On-Site)

Salary: $56,485+

Status: Full Time

The Web & App Content Coodinator is in charge of update and maintain website & app content, ensuring accuracy, relevance and a consistent brand voice.

Responsibilities Perform Web/Email content editingExecute SEO related tasks and continue to refine dailyMaintain and implement new web tracking technologiesAssist in staffing all representative positions and special promotions.Adheres and complies with all casino policy and procedures, internal rules and regulations and abides by all regulations of the Colorado Department of Gaming.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and updates, including marketing and other departments on property.Monitor website & app performance, analyze user engagement data and recommend improvements to enhance the user experience.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to implement innovative and effective website strategies.Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines.Manage content calendars and schedules for timely updates, promotions and campaigns.Coordinate with graphic designer & social media coordinator to incorporate visual elements into the website.Gather user feedback from both the website and app to understand the user experience and address concerns to curate suggestions for improvement.Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience.Other duties as assigned.Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience.Provide monthly data and analytics reportConduct periodic audits to identify and rectify outdated or inaccurate content.Work with appropriate departments to ensure in room TV’s have the most up to date info. This should ideally mirror the information reflecting on the app & website. Qualifications

Required Skills:

 

Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

Knowledge of how to use Photoshop for designAbility to all work shifts, weekends and holidays is required. Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and verbally communicate with guests both in the casino and at external events. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and digital marketing strategiesMust keep a well-groomed professional appearance.Must be able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and maintain professionalism in a fast paced and stressful work environment. Must be able to acquire a Colorado Gaming Support License.Advanced verbal and written communication skills are essential.Proven experience as a website content coordinator or similar experienceStrong understanding of google analytics, web development, content management system (CMS), and SEO principles.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and content management toolsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various teamsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple task and deadlinesAnalytical mindset to interpret website analytics and user feedbackFamiliarity with graphic design and multimedia content is a plusFamiliarity with app development and maintenance process is a plus

 

Education, Training & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, web development or a related field
