We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Wealth Services Officer.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Handle the operation process of Transfer services to ensure no transaction is missed or delayed. The process will include handling physical cert deposit/withdrawal, the co-ordination and liaison of daily processing with GSC located in China and maintenance of records to ensure the completeness of transactions and customer instructionsAssist the Transfer services to run the daily operational tasks and reports any irregularity and abnormality to superiors in a timely mannerFollow the operational control procedures delegated by superiors and perform reconciliation where applicable, alert of any changes in regulatory requirement to meet compliance standardHandle customer / branch enquiries Perform ad hoc request from superiors including system UAT and preparation of MI reports
