We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Wealth Planning Associate - Global Private Banking.
Principal Responsibilities
Update relevant reports for pipeline and completed casesProvide timely reports to Head of Wealth Planning, including but not limited to monthly reports, account planning, pipeline tracking, collaboration figuresMaintain team library to ensure consistent and updated materials are available for Wealth Planners to market effectivelyAssist Wealth Planners to prepare proposals for new prospectsCoordinate for New Business Approval (trust and insurance), that is to ensure all Know Your Customers documents and information are obtained for due diligence purposePrepare documentation in relation to trust establishment and assets transfer, including but not limited to Trust Deed, Deed of Gift, Letter of WishesBe familiar with insurance referral procedures and work closely with authorized brokersResponsible for some administrative duties, including organizing travel arrangements and meeting arrangements for Wealth Planners, printing of marketing materials, assistance to internal and external events arrangementMaintain good working relationship with other teams, including Business Implementation Unit, Documentation Team, Trust Relationship Managers/Officers, Compliance, Legal, Finance Department to ensure efficiency in completing the tasksCoordinate with other business units and professional parties to follow up and complete cases and clients' requestsTo keep breast updated with tax, regulatory legal changesTo maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators. To implement the Group Compliance Policy achieve satisfactory audits full disclosure on risk issues. Protect the reputation integrity of the Group, ensure full compliance with regulatory and Group standardsBe aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with role, ensure that all actions during my employment with HSBC take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring
