The role of Wealth Management – Wealth Ops Processor will be part of an integrated Wealth Management Operations workforce and collaborate with departments responsible for inquires and resolution of any issues related to brokerage accounts, annuity transactions and assisting clients with inquiries. Candidates will also participate in actions to efficiently carry out day-to-day Operations by assisting external and internal clients including, but not limited to, Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants.
Primary responsibilities include:
Ensuring prompt, accurate and timely resolution of all requests and inquiries, predominately inbound phone correspondences within our Wealth Contact Center.Field a variety of incoming Financial Advisor and client calls with a passion to deliver high quality solutions for our internal and external customers.Gain deeper knowledge and understanding of Wealth Management Investment products (Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Annuities) to handle customer inquiries with increasing complexity.Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year or more of bank/financial services and/or customer service-related experience Demonstrated history of strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with multiple priorities in a collaborative mannerDemonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Completed High School Degree or equivalent GEDPreferred Qualifications:
Proven past ability to successfully analyze, problem solve, and make decisions independently Possess ability and willingness to adapt to an ever-changing work environment FINRA SIE, Series 7 and/or 63 or 66 licensesPossess demonstrated past ability to learn and understand various Computer Based systems – Salesforce, Mainframe, etc.Goal oriented professional with an interest Wealth Management and Investment ProductDemonstrated past job history stabilityHours & Work Schedule:
