As an Insurance Coordinator - Vice President within the J.P. Morgan Asia Private Bank, you will manage day-to-day insurance referral activities and governance. You will partner closely with client advisors and enabling functions to ensure seamless operations and compliance. Job Responsibilities:

Manage insurance referral activities and governance for J.P. Morgan Asia Private Bank by partnering closely with Client Advisors and enabling functions.Drive and accountable for insurance referral activities related policies and procedures and interface with internal teams to resolve operational issues.Support client advisors in end-to-end insurance referral activities.Manage and be responsible for the engagement model, broker referral agreements and relationships with insurance brokers.Manage appropriate risk and control governance framework for insurance referral activities.Provide and coordinate internal insurance referral related communication and trainings.Manage premium financing process and product onboarding.Drive insurance referral and wealth planning related projects.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline.Minimum 8 years of experience in Life Insurance at a Private bank, Life Insurance Broker, or Insurance Company in Asia.Demonstrate strong product knowledge in Insurance product offerings.Dynamic team player who is self-motivated and possesses strong interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to proactively engage with multiple stakeholders at all level of seniority. Demonstrate strong organization skills, excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into components and find solutions to a wide variety of compliance, legal, technological, and behavioural constraints.Excellent written, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in a concise and meaningful way.
