Create a governance process to manage the testing lifecycleYou build it: engineers are in control of decisions about systems they own from the first line of code writtenYou own it: engineers do not wait for orders here. They do research, pitch projects. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional QA experienceStrong Experience in UI test automation using Selenium or Cypress frameworksUser interface test automation expertiseAPI testing experience with test automation using Rest Assured or other API automation frame work S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)Experience in one or more of these languages: Java, JSStrong written and verbal communication skillsCulture of excellence and collaborationPracticed lean methodologies, like Scrum

Preferred Qualifications

Mobile and Web UI testing frameworks and principlesExperience with BDD frameworks such as CUCUMBERExperience in building and customizing automation frameworksWeb development fundamentals - HTML, CSS, Java scriptAPI development fundamentals - HTTP, REST principlesUnderstanding Continuous Delivery, Devops and System Reliability EngineeringFintech experience will be a great assetGIT experience
