Who We Are

Presidio Wealth Partners (“Presidio”), an advisory practice of Hightower, provides investment management and advisory services to wealthy individuals and business owners. Presidio currently manages $3 billion of assets as of July 2025 on behalf of our clients. We offer an outsourced family office experience for our clients that places us at the center of a client's financial life by focusing on asset management and customized financial planning solutions. Presidio is a team made up of 15 full-time employees comprised of 8 advisors and 7 supporting staff members.

 

Hightower provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations, and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Hightower's capital solutions, operational support services, size and scale empower its vibrant community of independent-minded wealth advisors, like Presidio, to grow their businesses and help their clients achieve their financial vision. Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).

 

What You'll Do

The Wealth Management Associate collaborates with advisors and other team members to deliver white-glove client service. You have strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills, with industry experience and a heart for service. Trust is a cornerstone of client relationships. You are ethical and able to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality. You will report to the Senior Wealth Management Associate. #LI-Onsite

Resolve client issues and concerns to enhance the client experience. Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of paperwork, communication, and coordinating with applicable resources to resolve inquiries. Help prepare reports and other materials for client meetings. Keep management systems up to date with client information. Process account service requests and ensure appropriate documentation. (i.e. money movement, account transfers/rollovers, online account access). Manage client requests such as fund transfers, wires, online account access, account titling, and other service-related functions. Collect proper documentation for onboarding new clients and opening accounts. Coordinate and schedule client meetings. Maintain a professional rapport with clients and the Presidio team by phone support, correspondence, and CRM notes. Obtain comfort and proficiency with our software, including client relationship management (CRM), DocuSign, MS Office suite, and custodial platforms. Comply with and become well-versed in industry rules and regulations and firm policies.

What You'll Bring

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to prioritize and organize workflow. Excellent organizational skills Self-starter that will take initiative and does not need to wait for direction. Bachelor's degree 4+ years of related industry experience in client service within the financial sector. Works well with a team of people Positive and enthusiastic attitude about taking on new skills and tasks
