Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field required.3–5 years of experience in investments, asset management, or financial services, with exposure to alternatives preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage data, reporting, and clerical tasks accurately.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build professional presentations and reports.Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of summarizing and presenting complex information clearly.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader investment team.Preferred Qualifications:
Professional designations (CFA, CAIA) or progress toward one are a plus, but not required.Interest in career development within alternatives, with potential to grow into more analytical or strategy-facing responsibilities over time.
