What is the opportunity?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Wealth Administrator to join our Cambridge office on a permanent basis.
In this position you will provide a robust administration function to the wealth management team in an efficient and timely manner.
RBC’s expectation is that from mid-September 2025, all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
What will you do?
Assisting in the account opening process including pre-populating forms
Submission of new business to administration teams and monitoring transfer of assets
Processing of payments and liaising with operations department
Requesting documents and illustrations from providers
Scanning and sending out documents and correspondence
Preparing meeting packs and valuations for client appointments and review meetings
Assisting with diary management
General ad hoc admin duties
Efficient handling of letters, telephone calls and handling of email traffic and dealing pro-actively with all other items of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Supports business development through correct application of client processes and procedures.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.
Accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and work within restricted timescales
Nice-to-have
Studying towards a relevant level 3 qualification
Developing knowledge of Wealth Management, the wider business offering and the Financial Services sector.
