人材/リーダーシップ：
チームが顧客のニーズに応え、最適なサービスレベルを提供し、視覚基準を維持するために、スタッフのトレーニングをサポートします。部署およびビジネス内の活動について、チームの全メンバーが完全に認識できるように、毎日のブリーフィングに参加します。マネージャーをサポートして採用を行い、チームの新メンバーのメンターおよびトレーナーとなる• すべての訪問者とスタッフに安全な環境を提供するために、すべての健康と安全に関するポリシーおよび手順を遵守します。チームメンバーの日常、週次、月次の業務をシフト管理します。サービス基準：
オペレーションマネージャーをサポートし、ビジターに対して一定水準のサービスを継続的に提供できるよう体制を維持します。在庫と基準：
店舗および小売エリアの在庫状況を常に監視し、欠品の可能性がある商品についてはラインマネージャーへ報告します。店舗内のすべての販促スキーム、グラフィック、什器が正しく使用されており、ガイドラインおよび合意された基準に沿って、最適な状態で視覚的にマーチャンダイジングされていることを確認します。バックオフィスは常に清潔で安全な環境を維持し、商品やパッケージの取り扱いを効率的に行うことで、損失を最小限に抑えます。管理：

ビジュアルマーチャンダイザーとしての経験小売業で2年以上の経験チームをリードした経験（1〜3人）1年以上目標を達成するためにチームで作業した経験必要なスキル：
ビジュアルマーチャンダイジングスキル（商品配置計画、windowディスプレイ等）カスタマーサービスの経験• 売上を増やし、顧客の期待を超える機会を積極的に探す目標を達成するために個人やチームを奨励する店舗運営を改善するために適時かつ効果的にコミュニケーションを図る顧客やスタッフと効果的に対話する柔軟なアプローチでチームの一員として働くAdobe IllustratorやPhotoshopのPC/Macスキルがあれば尚可勤務形態：
