Your Role Accountabilities...
倉庫/物流の需要を予測し、最適なリソース配分を確保するための計画を策定する。 必要なリソースをタスクに割り当て、タスクベースで人材を管理する。 内部チーム(例:小売オペレーション、調達、安全衛生)および外部パートナーと緊密に協力し、倉庫/物流計画の円滑な実行を確保する。倉庫マネージャーの戦略策定とプロジェクト実行を支援する。実施された戦略の効果を監視・評価し、必要に応じて調整して目標を達成する。倉庫/物流およびサプライチェーン管理における業界のベストプラクティスと新興技術について常に最新情報を把握する。

Qualifications & Experiences...
必須スキル
倉庫/物流運営またはサプライチェーン管理における5年以上の経験、同様の小売環境(または観光、レジャー、文化遺産業界)での経験高ボリュームの在庫品目における倉庫内の在庫管理及び複数の小売店舗への配送管理経験海外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションに十分な英語力(読み書き);英会話は尚可。SAPまたは倉庫管理システムの使用経験は優遇ITリテラシー(Excel/Powerpoint等)ビジネススキル

Primary Purpose of the Job:
This role is crucial for optimizing our warehouse operations across various sites. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong ability to collaborate and execute.
Essential Job Functions:
Forecast warehouse/logistics needs and plan accordingly to ensure optimal resource allocation.Schedule required resources to tasks and manage workforce on a task-base levelCollaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Retail operations, Procurement, Health & Safety) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of warehouse/logistics plans.Support Manager, Warehouse in developing strategies and projects executionMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, adjusting as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in warehouse/logistics and supply chain management.
Specific day-to-day tasks:
Daily Tasks
Import and Domestic Transport Coordination: Manage the receiving of goods from both international after import clearance and domestic vendors.# Coordinate delivery dates/times based on warehouse staff shifts and capacity.# Plan necessary resources for inbound shipments, including inspection and value-added services (VAS).# Develop standardized receiving procedures based on historical data, accounting for variables like truck size, number of carton and number of SKUsDaily warehouse monitoring:
For inbound shipments, monitor the entire process from warehouse arrival to proper goods receipt (GR) and put away. This includes addressing discrepancies such as data mismatches and coordinating with relevant parties to resolve issues.For outbound shipments, record performance data for outbound shipments to various locations (e.g. Tour, E-comm, Akasaka shop, Harajuku shop). Use this data to determine best practices and forecast shipment volume based on monthly and weekly trends.

Relevant Previous Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of warehouse/logistics operations or supply chain management, with experience in a similar retail environment (or the tourism, leisure or heritage industry).Experience in stock control within a warehouse for a high volume of stock lines.Experience managing distribution to multiple retail stores.Previous experience of SAP, or warehouse management systems would be advantageous.
