Your New Role... 

オペレーションプランナーは複数の拠点における倉庫運営の最適化に不可欠なポジションです。スタジオツアー及びハリー・ポッターショップの運営をスムーズに行うための戦略的かつ効果的なオペレーションをリードしていただきます。

Your Role Accountabilities...

 倉庫/物流の需要を予測し、最適なリソース配分を確保するための計画を策定する。  必要なリソースをタスクに割り当て、タスクベースで人材を管理する。  内部チーム(例:小売オペレーション、調達、安全衛生)および外部パートナーと緊密に協力し、倉庫/物流計画の円滑な実行を確保する。倉庫マネージャーの戦略策定とプロジェクト実行を支援する。実施された戦略の効果を監視・評価し、必要に応じて調整して目標を達成する。倉庫/物流およびサプライチェーン管理における業界のベストプラクティスと新興技術について常に最新情報を把握する。


具体的な日常業務:

輸入と国内輸送の調整: 輸入通関後の国際輸送品と国内サプライヤーからの商品の受領を管理します。倉庫スタッフのシフトと容量を考慮して、配送日時の調整を行います。輸入貨物に必要なリソースを計画し、検査や付加価値サービス(VAS)を含む手配を行います。過去のデータに基づき、トラックのサイズ、段ボールの数、SKUの数などの変数を考慮した標準的な受入手順を策定する。


日次倉庫モニタリング:

 入荷貨物については、倉庫到着から適切な商品受入(GR)と保管までの全プロセスを監視する。データ不一致などの不一致を解決するため、関連する関係者との調整を行う。出荷物については、さまざまな拠点(例:ツアー、イーコマース、赤坂店、原宿店)への出荷パフォーマンスデータを記録します。このデータを活用してベストプラクティスを特定し、月次・週次のトレンドに基づいて出荷量を予測します。


継続的なタスク

効率的な保管計画:製品の配置を最適化し調整することで、保管効率を最大化し、出荷頻度を反映させます。


アドホックなタスク

輸入後の申告書修正:輸入通関後に提出された修正申告書や訂正請求に対応します。請求書と関税評価額の相違解決:貨物代理店と協力し、関税申告時の請求書評価額とサプライヤーの最終請求額との相違を解決します


Qualifications & Experiences...

必須スキル

倉庫/物流運営またはサプライチェーン管理における5年以上の経験、同様の小売環境(または観光、レジャー、文化遺産業界)での経験高ボリュームの在庫品目における倉庫内の在庫管理及び複数の小売店舗への配送管理経験海外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションに十分な英語力(読み書き);英会話は尚可。SAPまたは倉庫管理システムの使用経験は優遇ITリテラシー(Excel/Powerpoint等)

勤務形態

週37.5時間のシフト制勤務週末(土日祝)と夜シフト(22:00頃まで)の勤務有業務のニーズに合わせて柔軟に対応できることが求められます

Primary Purpose of the Job:

This role is crucial for optimizing our warehouse operations across various sites. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong ability to collaborate and execute.

Essential Job Functions:

Forecast warehouse/logistics needs and plan accordingly to ensure optimal resource allocation.Schedule required resources to tasks and manage workforce on a task-base levelCollaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Retail operations, Procurement, Health & Safety) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of warehouse/logistics plans.Support Manager, Warehouse in developing strategies and projects executionMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, adjusting as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in warehouse/logistics and supply chain management.


Specific day-to-day tasks:

Daily Tasks

Import and Domestic Transport Coordination: Manage the receiving of goods from both international after import clearance and domestic vendors.# Coordinate delivery dates/times based on warehouse staff shifts and capacity.# Plan necessary resources for inbound shipments, including inspection and value-added services (VAS).# Develop standardized receiving procedures based on historical data, accounting for variables like truck size, number of carton and number of SKUs

Daily warehouse monitoring:

For inbound shipments, monitor the entire process from warehouse arrival to proper goods receipt (GR) and put away. This includes addressing discrepancies such as data mismatches and coordinating with relevant parties to resolve issues.For outbound shipments, record performance data for outbound shipments to various locations (e.g. Tour, E-comm, Akasaka shop, Harajuku shop). Use this data to determine best practices and forecast shipment volume based on monthly and weekly trends.


Continuous Tasks

Efficient Storage Planning: Optimize and adjust product locations to maximize storage efficiency and reflect shipment frequency.


Ad-hoc Tasks

Post-import declaration amendments: Handle amended declarations and requests for correction after import clearance.Invoice and Customs Value Discrepancy Resolution: Work with freight forwarders to resolve any discrepancies between the invoice value declared at customs and the supplier’s final billing. 


Selection Criteria

Relevant Previous Work Experience

Minimum of 5 years of warehouse/logistics operations or supply chain management, with experience in a similar retail environment (or the tourism, leisure or heritage industry).Experience in stock control within a warehouse for a high volume of stock lines.Experience managing distribution to multiple retail stores.Previous experience of SAP, or warehouse management systems would be advantageous.

Education/Qualifications

Full use of Microsoft Office Suite.


Working Pattern: 

37.5 hours a week working shifts.Regular weekend and evening work required.Because of the adaptive nature of this role, flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business.
