The Opportunity

We are hiring a Water & Wastewater Treatment Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our biogas, water, and wastewater treatment systems at our Sikhiu plant. This is a leadership role requiring a hands-on expert who can manage people, processes, and performance 24/7. The role plays a key part in capacity performance, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement across utility systems.

What You’ll Do

Lead 24/7 utility operations for biogas, water, and wastewater systems

Ensure full compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and food safety standards

Drive root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement (IPS system: RCA, FCA, Tier meetings)

Supervise and coach team of technicians, operators, and leaders to deliver operational excellence

Coordinate with EHS, QA, Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to support plant performance

Manage utility KPIs related to water quality/quantity, wastewater discharge, and biogas efficiency

Control operational costs and ensure reliable system performance under safety-first conditions

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field

At least 4 years of experience in water/wastewater and biogas treatment operations

Certified Pollution Controller (Environmental License)

Strong working knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and EHS regulations

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Proven leadership and experience managing cross-functional utility teams

Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred), MS Office

Nice to Have:

Experience with project management and community relations

Familiarity with HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, and other food safety standards

Engineering background or exposure to plant machinery

Strong data analysis and reporting skills

Ability to manage emergency response and communicate with government regulators
