Job Description
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team within the Water/Wastewater industry. You will be working with a small to medium-sized team on a variety of projects, focusing on water conveyance systems, water piping, and treatment plants for clients both locally and nationally. Your responsibilities will include reviewing engineering plans and writing technical reports on issues or findings. Direct client interaction will be part of your role, making previous experience as a project manager valuable.
ResponsibilitiesReview engineering plans for water conveyance systems, piping, and treatment plants.Write technical reports detailing issues or findings.Work directly with clients on projects.Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.Essential SkillsCivil Engineering experience: 6+ yearsWater/Wastewater Engineering experience: 3+ yearsProject Management experience: 2+ yearsProficiency in Civil 3DExperience in land development and wastewater treatmentAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with water treatment plants is beneficial.Intention to take or recent acquisition of PE certification.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Work Environment
You will be working with our team in Woodbury, typically interacting with 3-4 colleagues regularly. The role includes limited travel and field work, mainly to job sites around the Twin Cities. We offer a flexible schedule with the option to work in the office two days a week, allowing you to choose your consistent office days. You can also opt to be in the office more frequently if desired. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $128000.00/yr.
