CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Water/Wastewater Electrical Group Leader to join our Infrastructure – Water Team at our Columbus, OH; Tampa, FL; Winter Springs, FL; or Indianapolis, IN office or working remotely.

The Water/Wastewater Electrical Group Leader, an important technical leadership role at CHA, leads an effective and productive team of technical professionals. This individual’s success is measured by their team's technical quality, achieving team utilization targets, engaging, and motivating their team to go above and beyond, and effective management of project budgets. The Water/Wastewater Electrical Group Leader organizes, directs, and coordinates activities associated with the project scope of work either individually or collectively with their team.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering requiredProfessional Engineer License (PE) requiredMinimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience is requiredExperience leading a team preferredExpert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to practically apply best practicesAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)Understands QA/QC procedures and understands basic business practices and laws related to engineeringAbility to demonstrate leadership skills and effectively work in a collaborative environment; proven ability to lead a teamEffective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences Proficiency with MS Office software requiredActive role in a professional engineering society/organization preferred Technically astute and strategic in thinking to manage the activity within the teamAn articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groupsA high energy, results-oriented, resourceful leaderAbility to resolve matters timely and lead projects to completion with a sense of urgencyAbility to inspire, motivate, build and manage relationships across the companyExperience with project budgeting preferredDemonstrates a basic understanding of accounting processesDemonstrates knowledge of the discipline’s technical processes SALARY RANGE:$127,440 - $143,640
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
