Check and record all stock levels
▪ Complete a daily usage report
▪ Compile an Action Log for each report
▪ Submit the daily pasteurizer report to the Account Manager/Technician before the shift end
▪ Complete a daily service report for Boilers, Cooling Systems, Pasteurizers and Chlorine dioxide
▪ Check and record stock levels at Bulk Concentrate CIP Stations
▪ Check all equipment (ensure spares are kept on site)
▪ Attend morning meetings
▪ Check for slime and beer foam in the pasteurizer.

Ensure that there is enough bromine in the brominator.
▪ Check and record stock levels at Chemical Stations
▪ Collect samples from Boilers, Cooling systems, Pasteurizers, and Chlorine dioxide systems for testing purposes.
▪ Check for leaks in equipment, pumps, tanks, around chemical stations
▪ Clean brominators and PWR sumps during line maintenance days.
▪ Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks, if necessary
▪ Check if there are enough testing reagents onsite.
▪ Capture data/ concerns from operators Ensure good housekeeping around the Bulk Storage areas & Chemical Stations
▪ Oversee receiving of stock Submit the daily utility report to Account Manager/Technician before the shift ends.
