Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Company Benefits:** + 6% 401k match + Day one medical, dental, vision, RX (get all starting as low as $33.00/month!) + HSA with company contribution + Monthly bonus (possibility of up to 11%) + 10 paid vacation days (prorated first calendar year) + Paid personal days + 11 paid holidays + Annual merit increases + Opportunity for overtime hours/shifts + Education Tuition Assistance **Shifts Available:** + 3rd shift position Monday - Friday 8:00pm - 6:00am, starting pay is $20.40/hour + $1.00 shift premium. **JOB DUTIES:** + Notifies proper person to replenish and inventory of chemicals for supplies for rack and barrel and plating lines. + Make necessary analysis, make necessary dumps and additions to plating lines, do daily testing of plating fluids, trouble shoot all plating and water treatment problems as they a arise and correct same. + Monitor all controls on plating lines, do daily checklist and environmental checks, and check for deterioration of tanks, valves, racks, leaks barrels. + Perform start-up and shut down of equipment and plating systems. + Operate barrel line and/or stripping line as time allows. + Wear proper protective equipment/clothing as required when working with hazardous materials or chemicals. + Perform general and preventative maintenance on equipment as required. + Ensure that all Government standards and regulations are met. + Keep work area, equipment, machines, storage areas, etc. clean and orderly at all times. + Offer suggestions relative to improving work process, procedures, productivity, job safety, or quality of work environment. Perform other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as directed by Team Lead, Manager or other designated person. + Notify Team Lead, Manager, Safety Manager, or Environment Manager immediately in the event of a chemical spill or waste treatment upset. + Perform necessary computer transactions in various computer applications and software programs. + Must perform as a team member with the willingness and attitude to work with and communicate with others to resolve problems.
