The successful candidate will participate in the safe and efficient operation of an anaerobic digestion system.  This will include a biogas collection system. Some activities associated with this position will be, data collection of treatment plant operating parameters, sample collection, sludge handling and biogas production. 

Strict adherence to all safety-related policies, rules, and regulations, along with the McCain Code of Conduct.Collect waste water samples from various locationsDaily inspection of equipment and buildings, while recording on specified check sheetsAbility to identify potential process upsets and notification to WWT Lead.Complies with all state regulations that pertain to:Adhere to strict safety policies while operating a biological waste water treatment system program, and strict adherence to biogas production safety measures.Lubrication and inspection of waste water treatment equipment Actively troubleshoot biological treatment system upsets, with the goal to minimize upsets that can halt the biological treatment activityHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Must have or be able to attain certification of the following equipment, within the first 60 days of hire:McCain Boom Lift (Genie) Certification
