Fixed term contract to November 2025. You will manage the department on a day-to-day basis, acting as an exemplary role model and demonstrating a professional and consistent management style that reflects the needs of both the team and the business. Working within the Waste & Recycling department, you will keep the resort clean and clear of any waste; driving and towing waste bins, recycling and bin rotation and the use of compactors and cardboard bailers whilst ensuring all tasks are undertaken in a safe manner. You will always enforce Health & Safety policies & procedures, ensuring it remains our No1 priority and carry out any ad hoc projects with the Manager. You will help support managing waste streams and keeping both park and back of house areas clear. **Qualifications & Experience** We need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a Jaw Dropping experience to our Guests!
