Title: Warranty Processor - 113675

Your Position:

Major Purpose Performs warranty claims processing and provides work direction to warranty claims processors. This level provides input in developing the training for claims processing enhancements. Works with one product line and/or components of low to moderate complexity. Has authority to process claims up to $30,000. Resolves general inquiries from warranty DTAC. Processes general administrative requests for warranty reimbursement.Major Duties Process warranty claims in Chinese or English on the products in multiple product lines, both for A&T and C&F.

Monitor warranty claims to gather the failure which occurs frequently and send feedback to factories.
