Warranty & FSA Engineer
This role comprehensively manages the warranty claims process, from submission and approval to auditing, while also providing crucial support and training to dealerships to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include overseeing claim processing, financial reporting, system administration, and implementing Field Service Actions. With our incredible plans for the future of mobility, we have a wide variety of opportunities for you to accelerate your career and help us define tomorrow’s transportation. **Monitoring Warranty claims** + Monitor the whole warranty claim process, at dealer sites and at FVL + Provide Coaching to all service staffs at dealer operation level understand warranty policy manual + Ensure dealer staffs completed warranty RO precisely and keep all required documents to support WCP and audit process. + Ensure warranty staffs submit warranty claims to SERVIS2 within 15 days after warranty repair completion. + Review and approve PAR (Prior Approval Request) and warranty claims + Work as local admin to Service 2: collecting requests from local users, liaison to help desk. + Collecting and monitoring warranty replaced part destroy from all dealershipss each 6 months (forthcoming need to do each 90 days at dealers) + Checking all vehicles monthly that missing information on SERVIS2 system, then raise request to update on. + Raise E-tracker to AP to request update vehicles missing information are receiving feedback from dealers. + Check, compare and calculate monthly warranty invoices, then delivered to accounting. + Raise E-tracker to AP to request provide access into SERVIS2 system for all users at dealership as well as corporate users. + Respond and update claims requested by FBSC Adjudicator on SharePoint system + Implement request by WARPEC for return warranty replaced parts **WCP Monitor** + Monitor Warranty Coaching Process (WCP) performance and follow up with dealers to take an action plan to improve in case of WCP step1 declaration. + Monitor WARPEC process and follow up with dealer to support warranty defective part return process to PRC. + Lead to Review and Approve warranty claims from dealers Ensure dealer has submitted SERVIS2 after completed the repair process. + Review & manage warranty adjudication and provide specific adjudication on high-cost warranty claims. **Warranty reports** + Report on high value claims, warranty costs per vehicle and repairs per vehicle repaired. + Conduct monthly report on warranty cost + Prepare and monitor KPI of warranty process + Download Statement (Ford) From SERVIS2, print Statement (SERVIS2) and manual claim by Dealer and sent to Management signature. **Warranty Audit** + Work with ASEAN office and set up timing of warranty audit process. + Work with the Finance Department to control the warranty reserve account for all vehicles line. + Monitor performance of warranty spending and take an action plan to improve and attend meeting with FBSC. + Help to communicate to dealers for Ford Scrapped Part Report. + Provide Warranty Policy Manual and WCP training to dealers. + Random claims check; Warranty Audit and Dealer Termination Audit follow Warranty Policy Manual. + Consult with dealers for claims problems via E-mail and call /reply to dealer in query. + Review Warranty Policy Manual to align with ASEAN and APA. **FSA implementation** + Work with IMG office to receive FSA. + Lead & work with related internal department & dealership network to implement FSA + Lead FSA performance to handle the proper actions with related teams & dealerships to improve the FSA performance. + Lead and update the Vietnam FSA procedure to meet up-to-date IMG policies & Vietnam regulation. + Report out to related parties as requirement. **Others** + Any other tasks as assigned by direct Supervisor or Head of Department based on Business' requirements + Objectives Setting + Individual Development Plan/ Employee Profile + Training Needs Assessment + Performance Appraisal (Interim & Year End) **Compliance:** + Maintain & apply quality control system in working area including but not limited to TS16949, ISO14001, QOS, Ford Production System. + Comply with Internal policies, Code of Conduct, procedures of the Company issued from time to time. + Complete all compliance training as required by Corporate Compliance Office. + Required Education/ Background: Bachelor's degrees in automotive engineering. + Minimum experience: At least 5 years in Automotive Industry. + Others: Good command in English language is preferable, computer literacy & data analyst Good presentation skill, knowledge in Warranty process is an advantage.
