**Description and Requirements**
Join our team as a **Warranty Billing Specialist** , where you'll play a key role in supporting service operations through accurate invoice processing and effective communication with service vendors. In this position, you'll ensure timely payments, maintain financial data accuracy, and collaborate across departments to resolve billing inquiries. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment within Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG), we’d love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Ensures on time communication and quality support to vendors regarding reimbursement plan, invoice payment issues and bank details update
+ Verify es the received invoices from vendors and updates in the Invoice database
+ Submits invoices for payments
+ Cooperates with Treasury & AP team on invoice payments
+ Supports EMEA services team on billing data consolidations and manual billing validation
+ Finance data maintenance & Exceptions processing
+ Provides governance of ledger entries and interlock with accounting teams
+ Regularly updates Billing & Invoicing process documentation
**Skills:**
+ Communication skills – ability to cooperate with different functions on solving an issue
+ Presentation skills – ability to present on the calls in front of Service Delivery managers
+ IT skills: MS Excel skills (functions - VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
+ Business level English skills both written and verbal (another foreign language is an advantage)
+ 1-2 years of experience in customer support area, preferred in Finance / Invoicing
+ Knowledge of Services Operations is an advantage
+ Organized person with attention to detail, keeping deadlines
+ Ability to work independently
+ Proactive team player with a positive approach
+ Be able to work under pressure
You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
