Warranty Agile Leader

This position will work with our partners across the business including Quality, Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD), and Supply Chain to provide financial guidance and develop business cases to drive cost improvements.  Designed as an agile position, in this role you will help the warranty finance organization respond quickly to areas of the business that require further attention and/or a fresh perspective to drive improvement. 

You'll have...

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with strong analytical skills and business acumen 

Proficient in Excel

 

Even better, you may have...

Masters of Business Administration 

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well across multiple functions 

Excellent communication and presentation skills 

Ability to multi-task, change priorities quickly, manage competing deadlines, and thrive in an evolving environment 

Knowledge of accounting systems (SAP) and AI tools / Power BI

What you'll do...

Build effective relationships with business partners and provide analysis that supports informed decision making 

Drive operational accountability for delivery of warranty cost improvements 

Calculate business cases and perform scenario analysis to support cost saving initiatives 

Develop/enhance financial processes and tools to improve cost visibility, tracking, and management 

Ensure adherence to warranty Rules of the Road, accounting guideline and internal controls
