Primary responsibility is to administer the weather tightness warranty program for Carlisle Architectural Metals, both Drexel and Petersen brands, and to manage the submittal requirements to support it. This includes, but is not limited to, process job application and job completion which includes data entry and editing of new and current project applications and warranty issuance ensuring timely and accurate processing; issuing warranties, maintenance of current warranty documents, and accurate warranty matrix pricing, re-issuance and re-billing of warranties, and following up with customer inquiries; and maintenance of job files and user seats within Carlisle Warranty System (CWS) and Docuware software programs. This role is open to candidates based in the Louisville, KY area.
Duties and Responsibilities
Process corrections, credits, and Daily audit control of warranty billings and issuance; troubleshoot inconsistencies. Process job applications and job completions, data entry of new applications submitted via mail, fax, and online warranty portal. Audit and review of applications submitted. Ensure all forms are completed accurately and meets requirements for warranty issuance. Answer the CAM Technical and Warranty Services telephone line and monitor shared inboxes for warranty administration. Process customer requests on warranty application status. Administer warranty accounts for the business including special warranty documents and requirements as set by legal. DocuWare administration Maintaining files to include closing out completed job projects. Assist installers, distributors, and sales with user setup and training on the CWS warranty portal; resolve all customer inquiries. Work on customer disputes regarding billing in conjunction with finance and legal. Document business processes for warranty administration and update as needed; periodic review and updating of SOPs for the technical and warranty team; maintain logs and backup files of special warranty deviations. Work directly with Tavant on updates, changes, and modifications to the Carlisle Warranty System portal and Salesforce updates. Process requests for special or custom paint finish warranties and edge metal warranties per customer.
Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED. Three to five years of administrative experience.

Standard office equipment Salesforce, Carlisle Warranty System, SAP, Microsoft Office (word, excel), SharePoint and OneDrive.
Working Conditions:
Office Environment Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 Overtime may be required if workload dictates. No travel is required for this position.
