Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for managing incoming warranty claims submitted through a digital portal by 83 airline customers. They will review each claim to determine its root cause, identifying whether the issue stems from manufacturing defects, workmanship problems, normal wear and tear, or known recurring concerns. The role involves close coordination with the repair team to decide whether the item should be repaired in-house or escalated to a vendor for resolution. Throughout the process, the candidate will meticulously track claims and outcomes in Excel, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all data is transformed into digestible, actionable insights for presentation to senior leadership. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams are key to success in this position.
Compensation:
$88K to $129K per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant warranty analysis experience OR High school diploma with at least 8 years of industry experience
Demonstrated experience adjudicating warranty claims in a manufacturing setting (aerospace, aviation, or industrial preferred)
Ability to manage high-volume processingapproximately 400 warranty claims per month
Skilled in reviewing claims via online portals and identifying vendor warranty needs
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry and transformation of raw data into actionable insights
Comfortable interfacing with multiple business units such as repair shops, finance teams, and senior leadership null
