Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse setting and be comfortable with heavy lifting over 75 lbs, stocking, and other warehouse duties. Shifts vary for this position.

Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and other vehicles. ... Stack and arrange materials in a safe and organized manner.
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
Follow established safety procedures and regulations.
Inspect warehouse equipment regularly and report any maintenance issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with receiving and shipping operations.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior warehouse experience.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with scanners used in warehouse settings
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
