**Job Title:** Warehouse Worker – Temp-to-Hire
**Pay:** $20/hour (increase to $22/hour upon hire)
**Location:** Menomonee Falls, WI
**Schedule:** Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
**Overview**
We’re hiring a motivated and reliable **Warehouse Worker** to join our team in Menomonee Falls. This position requires **forklift experience** and offers a clear growth path — starting at $20/hour with an increase to **$22/hour upon permanent hire** .
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Pick and pack orders accurately using pick sheets or handheld scanners.
+ Operate forklifts (sit-down or stand-up, depending on site) to transport pallets and materials.
+ Stage orders for outbound shipments.
+ Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
+ Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
**Qualifications**
+ Prior warehouse, order picking, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
+ **Forklift experience required** (valid certification a plus or ability to certify on-site).
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
+ Strong attention to detail and basic math/reading skills.
+ Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
