**Hiring for Warehouse Worker - 3rd Shift!** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient handling and movement of cargo. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading cargo, transporting it between terminals and aircraft, and handling freight and company material. You will also be responsible for completing necessary forms and messages, cleaning work areas, and complying with site security procedures. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload cargo, including mail, express, freight, and company material, on and off aircraft. + Transport cargo between terminals and aircraft, and perform ramp transfers where required. + Receive, deliver, and physically handle freight and company material at designated docks. + Complete forms and messages necessary for the performance of the functions described. + Perform routine cleaning of work areas, ramps, and facilities with or without powered equipment. + Comply with site security procedures for assigned warehouse and other operations. + Load and unload cargo from pallets and containers. + Build up cargo for outbound flights and break down cargo from import flights. + Facilitate the loading and unloading of cargo to and from semi-trucks. + Check freight for proper piece count, weight, dimensions, and documents when accepting or delivering. **Essential Skills** + Valid driver's license. + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. + Proficiency in using an RF scanner and pallet jack. **Work Environment** You will be working in an open warehouse setting, comfortable working around teams and closely supervised. The role involves lifting and moving products. Be prepared for shifts changing every three months, with current hours from 1pm to 9:30pm, and future shifts ranging from7pm to 3:30am, and 11pm to 7:30am. Expect a high-noise level environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
