As a Warehouse Technician, you’ll play a key role in the flow of inventory—coordinating deliveries and receipts across multiple internal and external destinations. This is a dynamic, multi-tasking role—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being on the move. While forklift experience is a plus, this is not a forklift-only role, you’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks.
What You’ll Do:
Receive and unload incoming materials. Prepare and load finished goods for shipment. Package and ship items (including palletized materials) using FedEx, USPS, and Hallmark’s internal freight system. Ensuring all orders are shipped and dropped off at USPS by end of day - this position requires the use of a personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursement provided. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work atmosphere.When You’ll Do It:

✅ Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to read, write and understand English. Must have a valid driver's license. Expect to use a personal vehicle and receive mileage reimbursement. Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day. Must be able to work weekends, based on business need. Ability to obtain forklift certification within 8 weeks. Must be able to lift 35 pounds 10-15 times per hour. Must be able to lift 50 pounds 10-15 times per day/shift. Minimum six months experience in shipping and receiving. Minimum six months experience using a freight management system.✅ Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Suite. Forklift certification. SAP Experience. Must be able to work in a team oriented, fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
