Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join a growing biotechnology device company in Jersey City. In this role, you will manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment using electronic warehouse management systems (WMS) in a regulated (GMP/ISO) environment. You will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials according to SOPs Prepare outgoing shipments, generate shipping documentation, and coordinate with couriers Maintain accurate inventory using Tradegecko (or similar WMS), ensuring all materials are properly labeled and stored Stage raw materials and components for use in production and assembly Assist in managing stock levels and inventory replenishment Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety and quality standards Complete warehouse logs, inventory forms, and shipping records Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and Production Operations Manager Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience in life sciences, pharma, or manufacturing Experience with electronic inventory systems and WMS such as Tradegecko, NetSuite, or SAP Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or FDA-regulated environments Strong attention to detail and documentation practices Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Able to lift 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse tools Why Join?
