Your Role：

Overall Objectives of the Position：

Collaborate with regional /global demand planner and supply network planner to build up supply plan and working for production plan and material incoming plan and inventory control planTracking material purchasing end to end execution. Ensure whole purchasing process in compliance with regulatory / trade compliance / IE / tax / treasure regulations. SAP key user for MM and SD module.Support new product transfer/ introduction and on time launch.Dynamic control of warehouse on site work to always catch-up FDA standards and EHS requirements. Coordinate and optimize on-site warehouse work.

Main Tasks：

Fully compliance site EHS&Q policy with zero loss delivery. Work with local and global demand planner to confirm commercial demand. Verify the demand fluctuation with commercial team, highlight the special requirement in upside/downside. Coordinate for master production schedule to achieve the customer requirements through demand, capacity and inventory management.Make out material demand plan and purchasing plan as per MPS, monitor and control the material readiness and inventory levelTrack end material purchasing plan execution. Ensure whole purchasing process in compliance with regulatory / trade compliance / IE / tax / treasure regulations. Check material consumption / material shelf life and supply condition to make proper inventory strategy. Order process and management with intercompany selling legacy. Support new product transfer, material localization and related operational excellence project.SAP MM and SD module operation and master data flow. Familiar with SOP knowledge and follow the SOP requirements. Able to correct any action which is inconformity with the SOP requirements.Understand the EHS and quality requirements and make sure warehouse team can meet the requirements.Supervise the warehouse 6S work.Clear of business requirement and complete daily work smoothly.Actively participate in quality culture building and quality related activitiesActively report quality related events and participate in continuous quality improvement activitiesOther that is arranged by direct supervisor

 

Who you are：
Education and Qualification Required：
Education: Bachelor degree and above in Supply Chain or other relevant fields.
Working Experience: 
1. 5+ year related working experience
2. Logic thinking and strong data analysis and presentation skills
3. Excellent communication skills; team work; Initiative and fast learning, results driven
Technical & Professional Knowledge: 
1. Strong knowledge of MRP, SAP，APO, fluent English in spoken and written. Familiar with basic MS office software, power platform skills is plus (PBI, power automate) 
2. Experience in production planning and inventory management
