We have an exciting opportunity for a **Warehouse Technician** at our **Maxton NC** facility. The role is very versatile and may encompass tasks related to warehousing, shipping and receiving, return/rework, inventory management as well as general repair and maintenance as directed by the supervisor.

This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Load/unload trucks, complete appropriate paperwork and record keeping to manage/track inventory moves.
+ Stage outbound deliveries.
+ Assist with managing warehouse inventory.
+ General housekeeping /5S duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
+ Assist with Probox shipping container wash and inspection.
+ Inspect and repair pallets to ensure they are suitable for use.
+ Comply with safety and operational policies and practices.
+ Ensuring compliance with Quality and Safety requirements, including developing and reviewing procedures.
+ Use of automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks (computers and iPads).
+ Perform warehouse activities such as forklift operation, collecting samples, retagging and other duties as needed.
+ Various other duties as assigned.
**Education:**
+ You have a high school diploma/GED.
**What Skills You Need:**
+ You always are willing to help out and physical work like bending, lifting, twisting and repetitive motion isn’t a problem for you…Passing by a team member struggling to lift something? Safety is your top priority and you are willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations to help your colleague and/or perform necessary job tasks!
+ You have forklift driving experience.
+ You have good communication skills and are able to read write and speak English fluently to ensure full understanding of all safety training.
+ You value your safety, so you always comply with safety/operating policies and procedures.
+ You work well independently as well as in a team setting and value a positive respectful work environment.
+ You have experience and proven proficiency in computer systems and programs including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and tend to pick up quickly on new software.
+ When you see a problem, what you notice is the opportunity to find and implement a solution!
+ You love working in fast-paced environments and are skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities successfully.
+ You have a valid US driver’s license, so you will be able to drive company vehicles on-assignment when needed.
+ You are willing and able to work a rotating shift, on-call availability, and overtime hours, which include nights and weekends during seasonal peaks to support production demand.
