**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate **Location:** Portland, OR **Employment Type:** Full-Time **About the Role** We’re looking for a dependable **Warehouse Associate** to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll be part of a team responsible for the safe and efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods. You’ll help with order fulfillment, loading and unloading materials, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. **What You’ll Do** + Promote and practice safety at all times; ensure a clean and hazard-free environment. + Move products and packages throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment. + Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and report issues promptly. + Load and unload trucks, placing goods in the correct storage locations. + Identify and report product shortages, damages, or quality concerns. + Stage pallets and assemble shipments for timely customer delivery. + Pick products according to order tickets; label, pack, and box items accurately. + Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments and stack products safely. + Maintain an organized workspace and support team goals. + Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned. **What We’re Looking For** + At least 1 year of warehouse or related experience (cold storage experience a plus). + Proficiency with forklifts, pallet jacks, or high reach equipment; forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire). + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Must be 18 years or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license. + Ability to read, write, and speak English. + Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and reliable work ethic. + Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction. **Work Requirements** + Must pass a background check. + Willing to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed. + Ability to work in **cold storage** (34°F or below) for 10–12 hour shifts. + Comfortable lifting 15–40 lbs repeatedly and working on your feet for extended periods. + Reliable attendance and punctuality. **What We Offer** + Competitive pay (based on experience and certifications). + Opportunities for overtime. + Forklift certification training (if not already certified). + Supportive team culture and career growth potential. + Relaxed dress code with safety rules (closed-toe shoes required). **Join Our Team!** If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with a team, and are committed to safety and quality, we’d love to hear from you. **Apply today to become part of our warehouse team!** **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
