Team Lead Responsibilities:

Support the Supervisor in daily warehouse operations, promoting a safe, clean, and efficient environment Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates while providing guidance and feedback Coordinate tasks across receiving, picking, replenishment, loading, and inventory control Maintain strong communication with team members, leadership, and other departments Step in to perform associate duties as needed and ensure a smooth hand-off to the next shift Promote a clean-as-you-go mentality and ensure adherence to all safety and operational procedures

Team Lead Qualifications:

Proven warehouse experience with leadership or team lead responsibilities Energetic and natural leader with excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written Basic math skills and computer proficiency (WMS, Microsoft products) MHE certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months (on-site training provided) High school diploma or equivalent Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Employment Details:

$26.65/hour plus overtime Full-time Permanent Direct Hire Shift: 5:00am to 2:00pm Location: Vaughan, ON Internal growth encouraged
