We're now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nTo highlight and escalate areas of concern in relation to all Training compliance related issues\nMonitoring performance of team members and delivering reviews.\nMaximising accuracy, productivity and space utilisation.\nAbility and flexibility to move around and control various areas of the Operation.\nAddress areas of operational performance by liaising with the Shift Managers, to agree corrective plans which will be monitored to ensure improved delivery of Training.\nComply to all AUDIT requirements in security, Warehouse, H&S, housekeeping and hygiene.\nEscalate and communicate performance issues to the Shift Manager\nEnsure Vehicles are loaded safety and correctly within SLA requirements\nWorking within a physically demanding environment.\n\n

\n\nGreat communication skills\nGood observation skills, an eye for detail\nAbility to teach, coach and communicate effectively to teams of colleagues.\nGood analytical and numerical skills\nIT Literature (able to produce and analyse detailed management information): Essential\nWarehouse / Transport experience within the working environment\nPeople Management skills\n\n
