Our site in Hull is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader for our contract with Crown. Working Night, 2245-0715.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Deliver clear operational direction, leadership, and development to your team of FLT operatives Set and monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we’re always meeting or exceeding our SLAs Carry out team briefings and general staff communication Work closely alongside the operations team to eradicate stock discrepancies and errors

What you need to succeed at XPO:

Previous experience in managing a team in a warehouse environment Excellent working knowledge of the warehousing process Confidence in warehouse health and safety MHE License is desired (or a willingness to undertake training towards this)
