JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for assisting the leadership team in overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring all customer orders are shipped in a timely manner.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Delegate’s task Support in execution - support team where necessary to complete the task.Train and mentors team members throughout the facility in the areas of productivity, quality, safety and Company Core ValuesSupport in creating process and ensuring team members are following process.Monitors team performance and report on metrics to Supervisor.Assists in maintaining a safe work environment for DC team members (i.e. retrains team members and buildsa safety culture through team meetings and activities) to enhance safety awarenessEnsures timely and accurate order receipt and shipment; responsible for maintaining cut off timeAs a member of the DC leadership team this position is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracyPerforms stock counts, stock maintenance and inventory count reconciliationAssists with picking, checks, loads and processes inbound and outbound productEffectively communicates with site leadership regarding daily operations
