Warehouse Team Lead Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$23.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)Lead and motivate warehouse team to hit production goals.Operate forklifts and oversee material handling.Ensure safety, quality, and clean work areas.Communicate with management on progress and needs.

Warehouse Team Lead Qualifications:

Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment required.Forklift certification or ability to become certified required.Ability to understand and follow safety instructions in English (bilingual a plus).Strong communication and organizational skills.High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
