MAU is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Hutchins, TX. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will oversee warehouse operations, ensure safety compliance, train team members, and support daily order fulfillment in a cold-storage environment to meet customer demand.

Benefits Package Pay of $24 per hour Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Paid Time Off Great work environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional supplemental benefit programs 401k Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA available after 12 months of service Customer-provided daily lunch, snacks, and drinks MAU recognition programs Shift Information Monday–Saturday operation, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Position schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (4x10-hour shifts) Career Path Warehouse Supervisor Operations Manager Site Manager Required Education and Experience High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred 1 -2 years of training, team lead or management experience Leading teams, hazard identification, spoken and written communications and presentation skills Microsoft Office proficiency, customer service, proven ability to solve problems and motivate others Warehouse Management Software Transactional Experience, 1-2 years preferred General Requirements Microsoft Office proficiency Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate and coach others Strong communication proficiency to maintain consistent updates between MAU and customer staff Ability to ensure compliance with site-specific safety, quality, and operational policies Crisis management and incident investigation skills Talent management experience overseeing 9–18 team members Ability to conduct problem-solving processes and resolve conflicts Effective project management and liaison skills between customer leadership and MAU Essential Functions Serve as key point of contact with customer leadership Ensure compliance with site safety policies and FSQA regulations Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Deliver safety culture engagement to achieve “Zero Incidents” Conduct process training, SOP audits, and maintain training documentation Support warehouse operations including order picking and dunnage removal when not engaged in training or audits Work Environment and Physical Demands Warehouse and manufacturing environments with varying temperatures: 0°F, 37°F, and 72°F Exposure to process manufacturing equipment and industrial vehicles Stand for extended periods and walk up to five miles daily Regularly lift 15–25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs Travel 5%–10%
