Position: Warehouse Team Lead
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed Allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands, including personnel, equipment, and materials Coordinate workflow within the team, ensuring smooth processes from receiving orders to delivery Monitor team performance and productivity, implementing measures to address any issues and improve efficiency Ensure that all logistics operations meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and company policies Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise, employing effective problem-solving skills Facilitate clear communication within the team and with other departments, fostering collaboration and information sharing Provide training to team members on new processes, technologies, and skills to enhance their performance and career growth Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests related to logistics operations Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and operational KPIs to management Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and profitability Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Other duties as assignedQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred 2–5 years of logistics experience, including supervisory or team leadership roles Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office. Experience with Sylectus preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Train new and existing team members on operational procedures, safety standards, and best practices Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:
