Position: Warehouse Team Lead Core Responsibilities & Duties: + Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule + Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed + Allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands, including personnel, equipment, and materials + Coordinate workflow within the team, ensuring smooth processes from receiving orders to delivery + Monitor team performance and productivity, implementing measures to address any issues and improve efficiency + Ensure that all logistics operations meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and company policies + Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise, employing effective problem-solving skills + Facilitate clear communication within the team and with other departments, fostering collaboration and information sharing + Provide training to team members on new processes, technologies, and skills to enhance their performance and career growth + Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members + Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests related to logistics operations + Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and operational KPIs to management + Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and profitability + Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction + Other duties as assigned  Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred + 2–5 years of logistics experience, including supervisory or team leadership roles + Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
