What We Offer: Pay of $16 - $20 based on experience Direct-Hire and Temp-to-Hire Opportunities Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Health Benefits Dental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan after 1 year of employment Referral Program What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in restoration, moving, logistics, or related fields Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments Comfortable using documentation technology (ICAT, CRM, photo uploads) Strong attention to detail and communication abilities Must pass DOT physical and drug screening What You’ll Do as a Warehouse/Team Lead: Oversee packout operations including packing, wrapping, and labeling customer contents Manage inventory and documentation through ICAT and CRM systems Ensure readiness of trucks, equipment, and supplies before each job Coordinate with customers and office teams for smooth job execution Maintain daily communication with Operations Manager on job status Lead and support team members to ensure quality and timeline goals are met Conduct end-of-day reviews for quality control and secure item transport Uphold safety standards and exceptional customer service throughout each project
