Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to join our client's team in Elizabethtown. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety within our warehouse.

2nd shift: 2:45pm to 11:15pm.Pay rate: Depending on experienceAffordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services.
Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse staff (picking, packing, shipping, receiving).Manage inventory and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.Train team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.Collaborate with other departments to meet production and shipping deadlines.Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Work Experience
Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.1-3 years of warehouse experience in a leadership role.Proficiency with warehouse management systems.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Forklift and aerial lift certification (or ability to obtain).
