We are seeking a proactive and hands-on **Warehouse Supervisor/Lead** for our Medina, OH and New Prague, MN location to manage daily warehouse operations, lead a high-performing team, and support both operational and project-based activities. This role is responsible as a master planner/scheduler to over see shipment of parts in the warehouse to customer, coordinate between third party vendors and in-house operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement.
**_What Will You Do?_**
+ **Warehouse Operations & Logistics:** Oversee all shipping, receiving, scheduling, and logistics activities. Ensure organized storage, accurate physical inventory, and timely inventory transaction in the MRP System.
+ **Customer & Project Support:** Coordinate and stage parts for shop assembly and vendors. Support direct and adjacent projects involving warehouse, production and logistics activity.
+ **Team Leadership & Accountability:** Set and maintaing high standards of behavior, organization, and accountability. Leads by example - perform all tasks expected of the warehouse team including picking, packing, loading and deliveries.
+ **Visual Communication & Transparency:** Ensure clear, visible communication of daily work schedules for the warehouse team and facility-wide awareness of warehouse activities.
+ **Performance Management:** Drive daily progress toward key performance indicators. Provide status updates during production meetings and lead team initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
+ **Aftermarket & Emergency Support:** Support through proactive planning and responsiviness to emergency shipments.
+ **Team Development:** Identify training needs, support skills development, and provide growth opportunities for warehouse staff.
+ **Team Responsibilities:**
+ Receive parts and coordinate QC inspections.
+ Stock and manage part locations in the MRP system.
+ Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
+ Coordinate changes needed to Chart Parts e-commerce Web site as requested.
+ Remove obsolete parts from completed customer projects.
+ Lead inventory checks and cycle counts.
+ Prepare and send parts for vendor rework.
+ Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g. forklifts, tow motors) and drive stake body truck for local deliveries.
+ Safely prepare and pack shipments for UPS, FedEx, DHL, and export as needed.
+ Manage onsie (in Medina, OH) and remote team members (based out of New Prague, MN).
**_Your Experience Should Be..._**
+ 5+ years of warehouse experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
+ Experience operating powered industrial trucks (e.g. forklifts, tow motors).
+ Valid driver's license; ability to drive F450 stake body truck (CDL not required).
+ Strong attention to detail, safety mindset, and sense of urgency.
+ Strong communication, team building, and coordination skills, with problem-solving mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with Microsoft AX, JDE or similar ERP systems.
+ Knowledge of industrial packaging and export shipping standards.
+ Experience preparing shipments for UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
+ Familiarity with GEMBA, KPI, lean daily management.
