As an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within our distribution facility. This role ensures efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, team supervision, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse logistics and team leadership.
As a Warehouse Supervisor - Buena Park, you create chemistry by...Supervising and coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, order processing, and shipping.Ensuring inventory accuracy and managing stock control procedures.Leading, training, and evaluating warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety goals.Monitoring workflow and adjusting staffing as needed to meet shipping deadlines.Enforcing compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.Operating and overseeing proper use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).Collaborating with other departments to optimize supply chain performance.Generating reports on warehouse KPIs and operational performance.If you have...
a High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.a forklift certification (preferred).a strong understanding of warehouse procedures and best practices.proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS, SAP) and Microsoft Office.the ability to safely and efficiently operate industrial equipment.a strong understanding of inventory management/control procedures.effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay transparency
BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
