Job Description:

Join the Growing Team at TJX Australia Processing Centre (TK Maxx) at Marsden Park.

As TJX Australia continues its exciting growth journey, we are thrilled to onboard a Warehouse Supervisor (internally called a First Line Manager) in leading, coaching, and managing a team of Associates to achieve operational excellence.

You will report directly to the Shift Operations Manager and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

This role will be for our Afternoon Shift operations (2:15PM - 10:21PM) Monday - Friday. 

What you''ll do:

Safety First: Promote a safety culture, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with regulations, company policies, and guidelines.

Workflow Management: Take charge of workflow and organization, ensuring all KPIs are not only met but exceeded.

Resource Planning: Develop and execute resource plans in consultation with the Shift Operations Manager and Planning Analyst.

Employee Development: Develop Associates through probationary reviews, appraisals, individual development plans and frequent performance discussions.

Performance Management: Implement processes and analyze trends to drive improvement.

Skills / Experience 

Team Leader / Supervisor experience within a similar size manufacturing, processing or distribution environment, Big-Box retail operations or fast paced hospitality management experience

Knowledge of Health & Safety and legal requirements within a distribution or processing environment

Ability to coach, lead and motivate teams to deliver results

Experience with working in a performance targeted workplace

Able to clearly communicate at all levels (direct and indirect reports) and delegating to the appropriate level

Knowledge of warehouse management systems
