The Warehouse Supervisor is to manage all third-party warehouses and outbound transport operations to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are consistently met. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of warehouse and transport activities, addressing damaged and missing stock, and ensuring compliance with OH&S and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) standards. Additionally, you will maintain competitive transport and warehouse rates, validate invoices, and ensure the accuracy of inventory data in the SAP system. This role requires a proactive approach to continuous improvement, stakeholder coordination, and effective problem-solving to support the company's logistics and safety objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
Contract and Performance Management:Review, benchmark, and negotiate contracts with 3PL warehouse and transport service providers.Set up, monitor, and manage KPIs for 3PL providers, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and safety.Manage all aspects of transport and logistics requirementsEvaluate transport service providers to ensure competitive rates and service levels.Daily Operations and Stakeholder Coordination:Manage daily coordination of 3PL warehouses, addressing complaints and operational issues. Ensure adequate space for incoming goods in 3PL warehouses.Co-ordinate raw material replenishment to and Sales despatchers from 3rd party blenders as required.Manage Purchase Order production stock input of 3rd party blenders as required.Manage stock transfers between warehouses as advised by Supply PlannerLiaise with Import Coordinator and other stakeholders to manage urgent stock availability and minimize damage risks.Manage possible disruptions and provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders regarding delivery delays.Logistics and Inventory Management:Oversee all aspects of transport and logistics, including managing cycle counting, stock adjustments, and write-offs.Coordinate raw material replenishment and sales dispatches, manage production stock input, and oversee stock transfers between warehouses.Inspect incoming materials for conformity and quarantine damaged stock.Financial and Reporting:Validate invoices from 3PL warehouse and transport providers.Maintain and update warehouse and distribution costs in SAP.Review & report monthly complaint measures.Compliance and Safety:Ensure 3PL warehouses comply with OH&S, CoR, and food safety standards.Support and evaluate all areas of OH&S, ensuring compliance with company policies.Training and Continuous Improvement:Provide SAP training to 3PL warehouse staff as needed.Coordinate continuous improvement and best practices in logistics and transport processes.Provide recommendations for alternative warehouse arrangements to improve cost efficiency and service levels.Qualified candidates will have:

Five years’ experience in a warehouse management role within an FMCG environmentThorough understanding of warehouse OH&S requirementsCoR experience requiredExcellent communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skillsGood negotiation skillSAP experience desirableProficient in Microsoft Office suiteIntermediate Microsoft Excel is requiredExperience in Warehouse Management System is preferredOccasional travel is requiredDesirable requirements:
