Warehouse Supervisor – Apex, NC
Pay: $31.69/hr (Temp-to-Perm, with $5–$7/hr increase upon permanent hire)
Openings: 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join our team in Apex, NC. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers strong pay and the chance to grow into a permanent leadership position with a significant pay increase. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven experience in warehouse operations, team development, and process improvement.

Shift Options:

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM EST

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM EST

40 hours per week, 5 days (Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, or flex schedule)

Two-week notice will be provided for any schedule changes

What This Role Involves:

Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring team performance and professional development.

Oversee inventory control processes including stock rotation, cycle counts, and accuracy checks.

Direct daily shipping, receiving, and distribution activities to meet service requirements.

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, implement safety protocols, and conduct safety training.

Collaborate with supply chain partners to optimize warehouse layouts and workflows.

Track key performance indicators and prepare reports for management review.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and warehouse/logistics experience.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution operations.

Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.

Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and team leadership.

Forklift certification and solid understanding of OSHA safety standards.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse environment.

Lean Six Sigma certification or other process improvement training.

Bilingual communication skills to support a diverse workforce.

Knowledge of automated warehouse systems and advanced logistics technologies.

Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management.

Pay Details: $31.69 per hour
